Laine Riley’s role has transitioned between different styles of design operations over the last 10 years: Digital Agency Project Manager, Startup Project Manager, to finally UXOps Program Manager. Laine looks across Salesforce to identify and facilitate cross-organization collaboration and alignment, currently creating programs for designers to achieve professional and personal growth, including cross-org internal mentorships, targeted learning journeys, and new hire onboarding. Laine lives in the Bay Area with her husband and very spoiled cat, and in her free time loves shooting film photography and watching movies with friends.
