Kristin Sundermeyer is an experienced Director of Design Operations who has worked for more than a decade in Educational Publishing for both the printed book and digital platforms. During the past 3 years, Kristin’s focus has been on standing up a Design Operations team within McGraw Hill K-12 School group, with the goal of freeing up Designers to do their best work and operationalizing the day-to-day tasks, questions and searching for answers, that can get in the way of good design. When designers are free to do their best work, they are able to deliver the best customer experience and value for the business. Kristin holds a Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the State University of New York at Buffalo and currently resides in Chicago, IL.
