Jef Désourdy has 30 years experience in Design. He started his career in printing, with projects mixing different mediums and/or technologies, which eventually led him to product design.

After freelancing and consulting for tech companies, film festivals and universities, Jef joined Canadian National Railway as UI Lead for its modernization program.

A year and a half ago, Jef made the jump from IC to UX-UI Manager. His work now includes design ops, tools and ways to optimize the UX practice at CN. His approach on management is through the lens of designing a team.
