Ilona Posner is a UX Consultant and Educator. Specializing in UX Research and Strategy, her experience ranges across many industries, from startups to large corporations such as AMD, Autodesk, Apple, Bell, etc… She has led UX Research teams in digital media and finance. Ilona teaches UX Design at the University of Toronto to students in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, and even Medicine. She also develops and delivers UX courses in industry. Passionate about nurturing UX communities, she has been volunteering with Toronto’s CHI chapter for over 15 years and has organized International Student Design Competitions at conferences.
