Diane has been in Design Operations for the past 7 years, starting as an individual contributor establishing DesignOps practices, and quickly moving into people management where she has been leading Design & Research Operations, and building out the foundations of those practices.
At DocuSign, her team provides frameworks and guidance to Product Designers, Researchers, and Partners who create exceptional customer experiences. Prior to DocuSign, Diane was instrumental at Capital One in bridging the needs of design and business by amplifying the visibility of the design organization through the development of dashboards, simplifying the complexity of existing workstreams by partnering with organizational leadership, and being a champion of collaborative partnerships across the organization.
Away from work, you can find her sipping on a glass of wine (or three), snacking on lemons, or relaxing by the sea with her husband, Monty, and her ride-or-die Jack Russell, Coco. She has been told that she has never met a stranger, so please don’t hesitate to say hi ❤
