Dave Malouf has a career punctuated with transition. From interaction designer, to interaction design educator, to enterprise design practice manager, and most currently Design Operations practice builder and manager. Currently Dave is the Director of Design Operations at global telemedicine leader Teladoc Health where he is building a brand new DesignOps and ResearchOps practice for the ever scaling team there. Other places Dave has worked include Northwestern Mutual, JP Morgan, Visa, DigitalOcean, HP Enterprise, Rackspace.

Dave is a speaker and teacher and curator in design, leadership, and of course DesignOps. He is looking forward to a future where global travel is safe, secure, and easy again.
