I have built and led design and innovation teams for the last 10 years, as operations manager for Insitum (now Accenture) and later as Head of Design for BBVA MX. There I transformed a small interface production team, inside the engineering organization to the biggest digital design team in MX with more than 240 designers working as partners of product and development.

I try to help people grow through mentorship and teaching, introducing people to the digital design and UX world.
