Currently, Z leads DesignOps for Cloudflare, a global web infrastructure and security company. She is a design practitioner, entrepreneur, and educator dedicated to operational excellence and improving the lives of those she works with daily. Before this, Z led design teams both in-house and at consultancy firms. She also has a background in EdTech, where she taught and mentored the next generation of designers.

Beyond work, she collaborates with her family on a Sci-fi series and creates large-scale floral paintings, showcasing her creativity and passion.
