Danielle Barnes

Danielle is a self-starter, strategic operator, and relationship builder who is enthusiastic about helping leaders bring their bold visions to life.

Over the past 12 years of her career, she’s identified business challenges and opportunities, then galvanized teams to drive real change, leading to measurable business growth and organizational impact.

For the past 6.5+ years, she’s been building a social enterprise with a mission to amplify the voices of women and nonbinary individuals. Building upon an existing speaker directory, a grave problem (why aren’t there more women on stage?) and research insights, she developed a business model that uses B2B revenue to fund free and low-cost community programs. Leading a small team of marketers, operators, and facilitators, they grew the speaker directory 900% and trained thousands of developing leaders in storytelling, public speaking, effective meeting facilitation, and DEI principles.

After co-authoring and publishing a book, Present Yourself, to make accessible the lessons of our flagship public speaking program, Danielle is now ready for her next career adventure: supporting leaders to bring their bold visions to life.

She brings with her a deep personal commitment to continuous learning, a strong bias toward action, and a passion for removing barriers and empowering others to do their most impactful work.
