Silke Bochat is a Design & DesignOps Executive with 20 years of experience working at esteemed corporations such as PepsiCo, Mars, Beiersdorf, Vodafone & Colgate. In Nov 2023 she joined the purpose-driven B-Corp Weleda in Switzerland, renowned for its regenerative business model and holistic, anthroposophic products.

She has won numerous awards for her iconic designs & experiences as well as for her innovative approach in building, transforming, integrating & scaling design (functions) effectively within complex, ambiguous organizations, based on a Design Leadership Framework she developed in 2011.

Since 2023, she has expanded her expertise into design careers & recruitment, recognizing the ongoing challenges in the job market – driving HR innovation, destination jobs, reskilling & regenerative talent management approaches.
