Lauren is a multi-disciplinary strategist with a focus on venture design and innovation. She is an accomplished management executive in the financial industry, who decided to change gears and focus on her passion for design after working on Wall Street for close to 20 years. She has held a number of senior positions, including COO and Trading Manager of a proprietary hedge fund, Strategist and Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Product Manager for an Innovation Consultancy. She runs her own creative consulting firm, Field & Edge, is a founding partner for an AI-driven consulting collective, and is a professor of innovation and entrepreneurship.
