Alex Babatunde’s career is marked by numerous “firsts.” Currently serving as the VP of Product Design and Analytics at Sightly, he broke ground as the first in this role.
Before assuming this role, Alex was the first product designer at Sightly. Here, he played a pivotal role launching the Brand Mentality platform—a MarTech platform dedicated to teaching brands to lead with authenticity.

Fear accompanies being the first, but for Alex, it’s what makes things exciting. He embraces new challenges, and paves the way forward. Alex possesses a unique ability to identify gaps and adeptly fill them, whether through innovative design, strategic insight, or sheer resilience.

Beyond his professional achievements, Alex is a firm believer in giving back. Serving as the Chair of United Outcomes, he initiated Sightly’s cross company internship program and orchestrated a company-wide community service day. In every endeavor, Alex’s pioneering spirit continues to shape and drive change.
