Firstly trained as an Occupational Therapist before going to graduate school in Human Factors with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction, S├ębastien Malo has spent his entire UX career in enterprise. He started as a human factors specialist for the first 10 years and then became a team and practice leader. Over the last 10 years, he had the opportunity to build and lead UX teams in different organizations of various size (CAE, Croesus, CN) and in different industries (civil aviation, defence & security, healthcare, fintech and transportation and logistics). He is now Group Experience Design Manager at Deloitte Digital in Montreal, QC, Canada.
