Working at the intersection of technology and culture, Matthew researches how technologies change people and people change technology. He has planned and executed a wide range of user research engagements around the world for clients including Autodesk, Boeing/Jeppesen, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, Mozilla, National Oilwell Varco, Securian, and Verint.
