Keara is a design researcher with a professional background in social work, community and youth development, and education in the U.S. and Latin America. She has used her past experience communicating the needs of children and families to others in a variety of new contexts such as enterprise technology and healthcare. She is most excited to continue learning how to design and improve excellent services and products that are considerate and transformative for all. When she’s not working, she enjoys dancing salsa, reading great fiction books, and expanding her linguistic skills in Portuguese and Spanish.
