Ed Mullen is a Technical Program Director with a focus on human-centered design at Nava, a public benefit corporation working to make government services simple, effective, and accessible to all. He cares deeply about collaboration and nurturing health within and across teams. Ed has worked both as a civil servant within and consultant to the government across numerous agencies. He was Director of Strategy at 18F and is proud of his extensive work in the early days of HealthCare.gov. He has also worked with the United Nations, The Washington Post, URBN, and many others.
