Michael Mallett is the Senior Director & Global Strategy Lead for Medallia’s Digital Suite, which enables continuous engagement, intelligence, and orchestration of online experiences through feedback and behavioral analytics for brands’ websites, mobile apps, SaaS solutions, and connected devices. Along with his Center of Excellence team, his current role involves advising on modernizing customer and employee experience programs with best practices and emerging technologies. During his 8.5-year career with Medallia, he has directly led initiatives around the creation of its Digital business segment, the launching of several pre-packaged solutions, the establishment of the Adobe Alliance, the launch of award-winning technology integrations, and the acquisition and integration of 3 different companies. Prior to Medallia, Michael spent 5 years in Customer Experience consulting and market research with Lenati (later acquired by Concentrix) and a subsidiary of Millward Brown (owned by Kantar).
