Kaitlin is a mixed methods researcher, lifelong learner, and proud auntie. The overarching goal of her work is to help people make progress in their lives. She currently does that as a Senior User Researcher at Teladoc Health, where she supports Care Delivery with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and behavior change. In the 10 years prior, Kaitlin worked for environmental, educational, and governmental services as well as in academia to promote accessible, human-centered design for good. Outside of work, Kaitlin loves deep travel, is a thankless servant to a cat, beloved personal trainer to a dog, and finds the DMV to be thought provoking.
