Abbey: It’s scary to let go of ownership knowing that a project won’t be perfect. But it’s more dangerous to do nothing. Remember to find partners who share this mindset and are interested in starting.
Organizational design and change
Sharon: Remember that everyone’s part of an organization–an element on the system. Org design is important because it helps bring awareness of the complexity and factors involved in change.
Releasing design systems to the public
Sylas: it’s a great thing to do, but make sure your Design System has grown and matured enough before opening it up to everyone.
Rebranding
