Michele Wong leads PwC’s Tax Technology group’s UX design team. At PwC, her and her team work with Tax professionals and technologists to discover, define and design simpler enterprise tax applications. Prior to PwC, she has led design teams to deliver user experience design strategies and solutions for small business and enterprise organizations in various industries–healthcare, telecom and education.

As a thought leader, she has has presented her work at national and international conferences and published her design research work in blind peer reviewed journals.

As a former design professor, she developed and led the interaction design track of the University of North Texas’ design program with an emphasis on human-centered design approaches. During her academic career, she was successful at planning, overseeing and guiding approximately 150 interaction design projects—many of which were award-winning.
