Wendy Johansson is a global Product Experience leader and entrepreneur. Wendy previously co-founded Wizeline a global product development company, bridged the gap between strategy and engineering as Global VP of Experience at Publicis Sapient, and built her early career as a UX leader at successful early-stage startups. In her free time, Wendy advises and invests in startups in LatAm with the CompuSoluciones Corporate Venture Fund, champions women and POC in tech, mentors the next generation of design leadership with On Deck’s Design Fellowship, and volunteers with organizations for the humane treatment of animals. She is currently the Head of UX Apprentice Program at Amazon, creating access to UX careers for those from non-traditional backgrounds
