Matt has always been drawn to how people think about what they do, the things people use, and how to make it better. His experiences in design have varied widely across several industries and media including furniture and home goods product design, voice-driven interfaces, nationwide advertising, Federal and State government communications, customer experience for financial services, and most recently employee experience in the insurance industry. Designing for employees has revealed different challenges that Matt’s enjoying chasing.
