Lona enables thousands of people to practice human-centered design, share learnings, and build meaningful connections across ExxonMobil. She’s passionate about sharing stories about design, the importance of cat companionship, and her Dungeons and Dragons® group. Her background is in software engineering, user research, and content design, and she started her design journey when she was 12 years old by creating a website about space and cats: two topics that delight her to this day.
