Guy is a UX design leader with a proven track record of establishing and growing design practices. With over a decade of experience in human-centred design, and a decade of leadership in software development prior to that, Guy is an excellent problem solver, who never loses sight of the fine balance between the user and the business. Guy has been spending the past year managing the Manulife Canada design team, learning how to lead a group of diverse designers remotely, and foster a team culture, even during a pandemic.
