Angy: What excites me about civic design? The potential impact. When I look to the future, and imagine a more interconnected government experience, designed around ease-of-use for each person’s needs and preferences, I know how many more people will get the services and information they need. It’s not just pretty websites. It’s about keeping our democracy thriving in the future, and that’s exciting.
