Kaithleen Tan is a Design Researcher at IPEX, a company in the design and manufacturing of thermoplastic piping systems. With a Master’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Waterloo, Kaithleen brings a unique perspective to the field of design research. She has experience in usability testing for both physical and digital prototypes, card sorting activities, and user interviews.
