Jess Vice (they/them) is an independent consultant and coach specializing in Strategy and UX Research. With almost two decades in marketing, SaaS, in-house, and agency experience, Jess brings a system-level perspective to every project. You’ll often hear them say, ‘The outsides match the insides,’ meaning a company’s internal workings will always show through in their final output, whether they intend for it to or not. Jess excels most at bringing the two parts of a company into alignment: building culture and shared understanding internally so that a brand, product, service, or customer experience externally resonates with audiences.
