Michelle Bejian Lotia is a user research leader and operational specialist with over 20 years of experience helping businesses learn from and make decisions with customer insights.
Michelle has started up and led multidisciplinary research teams working across European markets, worked closely with product leadership and executives on insight-guided strategy, and laid strong operational foundations for continuous customer closeness.
She currently leads the Insights Program at Zapier where she is creating tools and processes to help the organization create, discover, and apply impactful insights to strategic decisions.
Michelle holds a Masters degree in Information from the University of Michigan.
