Chloe is intO’s Research Director. She manages the delivery of global research and innovation projects, and uses her skill in balancing insight with inspiration to explore, test, and validate our clients’ future consumer landscapes and products. Her advanced perspective on creating digital environments enables the alignment, understanding and action across international stakeholder teams, strengthening the unique remote structure of intO. With specialisms including consumer insight, trend research, visual language direction and CMF, Chloe has many years of experience working for both creative agencies and clients, and has covered a broad range of sectors including FMCG, retail, transport, electronics and digital products.
Chloe has a first-class honours degree in Design for Industry from Northumbria University, and is currently studying The Power MBA. She is based in the UK and speaks English.
