Verónica Urzúa is the UX Research Manager at Nubank, where she informs the product strategy and maps future opportunities for the Mexico market. Prior to Nubank, Verónica brought research and for Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and government institutions. Originally from Mexico City, she has a Master’s in Social Psychology and has a background in investigative journalism.
