Nora Fiore specializes in improving digital content after conducting original research into users’ needs, goals, and frustrations. She has led content initiatives for GEICO and has conducted research projects for UVA Health, Banner Health, and Thales. Through Marketade, she has written about topics ranging from industrial metalworking machinery to COVID-19 research. Several recent projects have enabled her to develop content that explicitly deals with social justice and equity issues, and she hopes to do so more in the future.
