Karoline is an international designer with experience in various roles across North America, Asia, and Europe. She is passionate about innovation, design strategy, and sustainability.

Her current mission is scaling design thinking at Posti, Finland’s postal service, by bringing design closer to business strategy and operations. She leads the service design domain by co-creating ways of working, tools, and processes with the design team.
In her spare time, she is a storytelling consultant, speaker, and games enthusiast.
