Kim leads Designer Excellence for the Experience Design (XD) team in Salesforce Professional Services. Kim specifically focuses on optimizing the experience of practitioners through enriching onboarding, enablement, practice development, and mentorship. A passionate advocate for junior talent, over the past 20+ years Kim has built UX teams, mentored and taught UX practitioners, and led UX delivery efforts for customers. Outside of work you can find her illustrating children’s books.
