Zdenek’s design career started in high school, programming a multimedia player as a part of his final thesis. At that time, even starting the app was an experience. But, it made him think why some apps are more intuitive than others. During his career, Zdenek exchanged development for design and design leadership.

In the past, Zdenek was lucky to put hands-on on a wide range of diverse projects, companies, or scale-ups. That counts as being a Smart TV and HbbTV apps pioneer, designing bidirectional RTL (right-to-left) apps, or supporting and contributing to design communities.

Today, Zdenek shapes the future of hospitality at Mews. Before as a Design Manager and now as a DesignOps Manager.
