Riselys Noboa is a DesignOps Manager in the New York City Metropolitan Area. In this position, she leads design programs that empower craft, methods, and processes to optimize design output. Adjacent duties include facilitating team events, overseeing UX communications, and handling analytics surrounding Team Health.

With 5 years of experience in DesignOps roles, she has skills ranging from office management to experience design. Before her work at DesignOps, she established her place in the tech world through administrative positions in social media production, where she developed marketing and communication skills. Having started her tech journey as a studio intern, she has worked in a variety of team settings. Whether she’s working with 250 UX designers or 50, she is prepared to encourage communication and collaboration. Years of experience in both these small-scale and large-scale design teams have contributed to her present-day adaptability and leadership skills.

Riselys has a bachelor’s in Communication Arts from Florida International University along with a certification in Digital Marketing from New York University. When she’s not putting her degree and certification to use at work, this New York native enjoys baking, cooking, and creating content for her personal social media pages.
