Pulling inspiration from psychology, Maryann enjoys solving systems-level problems that allow businesses to make better, data-driven decisions. She loves thought experiments, pulling inspiration from other fields, and co-creating with others.

Maryann has been a UX researcher at IBM for 4 years. She currently leads research operations for a team of 40+ UX researchers where she builds up her team’s processes, infrastructure and community.
