Khati (sounds like “Katie”) has been working in design since 2008 and is currently a Principal UX Designer at Guidea. During her career in UX, she’s worked with companies such as Northrop Grumman, IBM, Mastercard, and Novo Nordisk, guiding clients through research and design for both strategic direction and product development. She’s led UX efforts for a wide range of experiences, including complex enterprise systems, defense proposals, and conceptual exploration for R&D programs.

Khati’s love of learning means that she can often be found at industry conferences as an attendee and volunteer. When at home, she’s likely to be playing board games with her family, reading, or building something.
