Grace Johnjulio is an Associate Design Director with IBM Consulting. She leads experience strategy efforts and user-centered design teams on enterprise transformation programs, with experience in UX, product development, and design operations across industries. She works across the entire product development lifecycle, sitting at the intersection of design, business, and technology, making sure that the solution considers all parties involved – is it solving for the user’s needs, is it technically feasible within the timeframe, and is it driving valuable outcomes for the business. In her free time, she is usually baking, exercising, and exploring the food and culture of her new city of Atlanta.
