Gonzalo Goyanes is the DesignOps Manager at Banco Santander, as part of the Global Digital Experience Area. He works to promote and maximize the value and the impact of UX and Design in Grupo Santander, which has more than 500 designers around the world across 10 countries. With more than 12 years of experience as a Program and Project Manager, he previously worked as Ops manager at The Cocktail (WPP Group) and Indra, leading multidisciplinary digital strategy teams for clients such as Volkswagen, Audi, Real Madrid or Canal de Panama, among others.
Gonzalo is MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Navarra, Master in Digital Marketing from ISDI and PSMI Scrum Certified.
