Dave Malouf is currently the Director of Design Operations at Teladoc Health. For almost 10 years, Dave has been at the forefront of the advancement of the practice of Design Operations, where he has consulted globally with a diverse set of clients, helping them create and improve their practices through the awkwardness of scaling. Before jumping into DesignOps, Dave was already a leading practitioner and leader of digital design, and a community creator as the co-founder of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA). He is a sought after speaker, and workshop leader globally.

In his free time, he loves to travel, walk along the canal by his house, watch anime, and laugh with his two sons.
