A full-time dad, sketchnoter, and soft-skills ninja, Dante enjoys solving big, gnarly design challenges in enterprise software. As a career-transitioner, one of his passions is coaching and mentoring new designers as they onboard into complex product platforms and technical domains.

In his current role in Design Operations, Dante helps build and scale design teams within IBM. Dante settled nicely in the Pacific NW of Portland, Oregon (via San Francisco via the New York/New Jersey metro area).
