Brian Verhoeven is the Global Head of Design for Morningstar’s Wealth products and services. Inc. The Morningstar Wealth design team, comprised of UX strategists, content designers, UI designers, and user researchers, creates services for financial advisors and individual investors. In this role, Brian develops practices, systems, tools, governance, and structure to scale a growing design organization.

Brian has played a key role in establishing DesignOps at Morningstar; the Morningstar Design System; and the design practice’s career paths, tools, and processes. Prior to Morningstar, he has worked at HelloWallet, Forum One, The Washington Post, and ICF International.

Brian is a proud husband, father, and graduate of Virginia Tech and Clemson University. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, cycling, camping, and boating.
