Ashwin is a User Experience Design Leader with extensive experience leading successful design and product launch solutions for desktop and mobile devices. Ashwin practices Design Management through orchestration of People, Processes, Tools & Practices. He is recognized for improving communication and collaboration between geographically dispersed teams by establishing processes and structure in the execution of international projects. Ashwin has co-hosted workshops on UX Career Development and Agile the XD way. Ashwin is a member of the IBM DesignOps Community, where as part of the Career & Job roles work stream, he contributed to the IBM DesignOps Playbook V2.
