Alexis is a product designer and recovering architect — interested in themes of agency, equity and integrity through spatial and digital lenses. She believes in amplifying others and aims to tackle the invisible barriers that exist in our systems.

Alexis has designed for sustainability, worker-tech and the third sector. Most recently, she led design as the first designer at Organise, a start-up building a network to empower individual workers with collective power. She is currently designing digital experiences at IKEA.
