Rachel Posman currently leads UX Team Operations for Salesforce’s 300+ person design organization. Prior to this, she ran Design and Research Operations at UberEats, and was a Design Program Management leader for the Service and Experience Design teams at Capital One, Adaptive Path, and more. Combining Design Strategy, Service Design, and Program Management, Rachel designs how work gets done, enables teams to deliver customer and business success while they achieve personal and professional growth, and re-imagines better systems and processes for scale. Outside of work, you’ll find Rachel renovating old houses, playing with her toddler and watching weird documentaries.
