Register for any number of conference days, or add a virtual workshop. Information on pricing, discounts, and refund policies are listed below.

By registering for the conference, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.
Please purchase your ticket as soon as possible; prices for both conference passes and for workshops each increase as much as US$100 at these milestones:
Groups of 3 or more receive 10% off when registering as part of the same order (not to be combined with any other discounts). Enter code GROUP during registration to take advantage of this discount. For larger groups of 10 or more please contact us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Discounts for Government, Non-Profits, and Education Employees
If you work in government, education, or for a not-for-profit organization, all conference and workshop prices are discounted by 25%. Enter code DISCOUNT25 during registration. Confirmation of your status as a government/non-profit/education employee is required; register using a .gov, .org, or .edu email address, and/or email us a scanned letter confirming your work status, on your employer’s letterhead, within two weeks of your registration.
Transfers, Refunds, and Cancellations
Registrations are transferable until 48 hours before the first day of the conference; email us ASAP to let us know who will be taking your place.
- 91+ days prior to conference date: 100% refund
- 31-90 days prior to conference date: 90% refund
- 0-30 days notice prior to conference: no refund
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal (we’ll need your credit card’s correct billing address to process the charge). We also can bill via invoice, but full payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.
