He is focused on user experience strategy, facilitating design and leading end-user research. He is currently working in a range of projects focused in Digital Health, Healthcare Payer and Provider and Business Technology. As an accomplished practitioner, manager and consultant his experience spans industries, fortune 500 companies, consultancies and non-profit institutions. A significant portion of his career has been focused in healthcare where he was directed User Experience at Penn Medicine and managed design teams at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical.
