Larissa is a multi-national designer and user-researcher based in Helsinki. Her master’s thesis is the first-ever academic body of work to review DesignOps, and it’s relation to enterprise resilience. A decade of international experience has led her to believe that well-operationalized design is a prerequisite for sustainable success, great culture, and the key to fulfilling design’s inherent, most powerful potential: design-driven resilience.

When Larissa isn’t busy researching and crafting omnichannel experiences, she spends her free time exploring Finnish nature with her rescue dog.
