Briana Thomas is a Design Program Manager for the Conversational AI Design team at Capital One. The talented team of designers and researchers design, build and launch the digital experiences for Capital One’s intelligent assistant, Eno. Outside of elevating design work in her day to day she facilitates design sprints in her organization and actively recruits minority talent at her company. Briana originates from West Palm Beach, Florida and is currently located in Washington, DC. Briana is a proud alum of Howard University and will endlessly nerd out about Afro-futurism and speculative design for a better world.
