Asha Barry is the Chief of Staff for Consumer Experience Platform Design at Capital One, where she works directly with senior leadership to build the vision for high-performing, inclusive teams. A champion for creating systems with diverse practitioner teams in mind, Asha also uses her expertise as a leader in Design’s Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives at the enterprise level. Asha is most passionate about creating environments where everyone is seen, heard and valued. Her philosophy is that the intersection of design innovation and rich, fulfilling work can only happen when we recognize each others’ unique experiences and contributions.
